Using all the tools in my metaphorical tool belt, I bring to the (massage) table 14+ years of bodywork experience, knowledge and skill from pursuing continuing education in a variety of modalities such as, but not limited to; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Personal Injury and Medical Massage. Together, we'll come up with a treatment plan using a combination of the most effective and relaxing techniques to promote physical and emotional healing.
