FAQs:

Is the studio handicap accessible?

• There are two flights of stairs upon entering/exiting the studio, no elevator available.

Is parking available: 

• Yes. Parking is available at The North Randolph Plaza and rear of the building. There's also an entrance at the rear of building.

Do you accept medical insurance?

• No.

I live out of state; can I purchase a gift certificate for someone that lives in Mass and include tip?

• Yes, you can purchase a gift certificate for someone in Mass to visit Zen Lake Massage Studio!      Upon check out you can select your delivery option as email or print.
• Unfortunately, tip cannot be included in the gift certificate and must be paid by other payment method such as Cash, Venmo or Cash app at the time of their appointment.

Do the gift certificates expire? 

• Yes. One year from date of purchase and non- refundable.

Late Policy: If you anticipate late arrival, please contact the studio as soon possible via text or phone call (in the event of no answer, please leave a voice message including time of call).

• A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Late arrival will reduce your session time by the number of minutes tardy. The session cost will not be prorated.
• Arrival after 15 minutes is considered a cancellation (penalty may apply).

Cancellations: Can be done via your online account (under Upcoming Appointments menu) 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not have an account, you can register for one by selecting, " Sign In" then " Create Account".

• Same day cancellation (penalty may apply)
• No call No show will forfeit your full deposit made (if card is on file, it will be charged for the full-service cost).
