*If you choose to have us bill your insurance for massage services, and the payment is denied by insurance, you are responsible for payment of services.
If you are using insurance benefits, the rates may vary from the out of pocket fees, as this requires different skillsets, and we will contact you to discuss deductibles, copays and/or co-insurance.
