I am a LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) who believes that massage therapy is not just for healing your muscles, I whole heartedly believe that massage therapy is soul changing. Sometimes massage will bring your emotions to the surface and I want you to know that is ok. Not only ok, but encouraged and welcomed. Whatever energy you need to release, I will provide that safe place for you to be true, to be open, and to heal. To be human.
