I live by the 80/20 rule in my practice-20 percent is focused on desensitizing the "symptoms", and 80 percent is finding the dysfunction that is causing the symptoms. I take pride in not just putting a band aid on your body dysfunctions, educate you on what's happening, and guide you to different mobility exercises to regain those small muscle movements to maximize your massage benefits for your body! I have received extensive training at Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs, CO where I received my certification in Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage.
