Since graduating from Oregon School of Massage in 2005, I have worked with a variety of people in spa, chiropractic, hospital, and gym settings. I use an integrative blend of massage modalities learned throughout my trainings to best support your massage needs. Each session starts with an update from you on where you are and what you want to get from your massage. From there we work together to create a massage that will facilitate your personal goals, be they injury recovery, personal growth, athletic achievement, or simply having time to relax and relieve tension.
