A lifetime invested in the rigors of ballet has led me to healing modalities that understand the physical, mental, and emotional bodies as one. I pull from my experience as a yoga teacher, Thai massage practitioner, and corrective exercise specialist to customize each session to your needs. I particularly enjoy working with clients for athletic performance, injury rehab, and chronic pain.
While I list some modalities as separate booking options, this is more to allow you to see what offerings are available. I will use any modality that makes sense for the moment based on your needs day of.

Please note all sales are final and non refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled with more than 24hrs notice, less than 24hrs notice cannot, but they can be transferred to someone else if you contact me.
