Transformation Therapeutic Massage was created from the passion and ideas of integrating holistic wellness into everyday life. Many times people turn to provider after provider looking for answers or solutions to relieve pain, increase mobility, or just feel better. And, too often they walk away feeling defeated, unheard, and unacknowledged.

Through my specialty practice, you will become familiar with Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Fascial Counterstrain Therapy, and therapeutic stretching. I am also certified in Cupping therapy, Oncology, Prenatal, Sports Massage and more. These techniques are gentle and generally done over the clothing.

Massage may be requested in your session to help promote circulation, however, please be aware that I do not practice Relaxing Massage sessions only. Also note, because the above modalities are so highly effective at releasing muscle tension and increasing mobility, traditional deep tissue and trigger point techniques are not used. Yes, it's possible to feel better without all the pain and soreness. Try it out!

How to prepare and what to expect:

-Hydrate!!! - I can't stress this enough, especially when working with the lymphatic system. (almost all sessions include some lymphatic work)

-Eat a light meal at least an hour before your session

-Wear comfy clothes - workout attire is great, avoid binding clothing and denim

-Booking requirements are By Appointment Only and at least 2 hours (if available) in advance

Be prepared to learn more about how your body communicates with you. Pain, discomfort, restrictions are all ways the body communicates. I can help you translate and understand what it's saying. By addressing the root causes of your discomfort (aka listening to the body), you will heal more effectively. The body is innately intelligent. Let's start listening to it and working together.
