Hi! My name is Stephanie Moore, I am a licensed Massage Therapist that has been practicing massage and studying in the holistic field for about 4 years. In today's world even everyday tasks wear down our bodies and our minds, massage is a wonderful way to not only relax your body, it creates a safe space to allow your mind to unwind as well, in turn creating a whole mind, body tranquil experience.
