Drawing from a foundation in classical yoga and an Ayurvedic perspective, I offer an intuitive blend of neuromuscular therapy, cupping, warm bamboo massage, and rehabilitative techniques to support both recovery and deep relaxation. My recent focus on medical massage allows me to assist in injury recovery while honoring the body’s natural rhythms. Influenced by studies in herbology and kinesiology, I approach each session as a collaborative process—one that meets you exactly where you are.
