I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014, graduating from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY. Modalities include Medicupping, Swedish, Sports, Healing Hands (Native American Energy Work), Prenatal Massage, Corporate Chair Massage & Shamanic Reiki. I also am a certified Yoga Instructor, Astrologer & Tarot Card Reader.
Manual therapy can help improve symptoms of anxiety, depression, digestive disorders, headaches, sports injuries, soft tissue strains or injuries, & insomnia.
Other benefits include improved circulation, reduced stress hormones, reduced muscle tension, increased joint mobility & flexibility, improved recovery of soft tissue injuries.

Cancellations: A 24 hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Behavior: Any inappropriate comments and/or actions; before, during or after your session will not be tolerated. It is solely up to the discretion of your therapist as to whether you will be permitted to schedule any additional appointments. This is a professional environment, and it shall be treated as such; no exceptions. Safety & comfort are top priorities in this profession, this applies to both the client and the therapist. Ireserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason or no reason at all.
Gift Certificates: All gift certificates over 365 days are null and void, and subject to rules and restrictions of Altared Totality LLC. Gift certificates have no cash value. Gift certificates are non transferrable for other goods/services.
