If you don't make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness.
My massage practice is focused on pain relief, muscle dysfunction, and movement. I offer a variety of massage and movement modalities from general relaxation massage to medically necessary treatments to help you function and move your body more easily.
POLICY:
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me plenty of time to fill the slot. Clients receive reminder text messages and/or emails 24-hours before your scheduled appointment. You are welcome to make any necessary changes to your appointment at that time. Please pay attention to messages or emails you receive from MassageBook. Any cancellations made without 24-hour notice will be charged half of their sessions rate. Clients are allowed to reschedule your appointment twice without being charged for the appointment with proper 24-hour notification. Cancelations made 4 hours or less before scheduled appointment will result in client being charged the full session rate. Exceptions will be at my discretion.
No Shows:
Clients who do not show to their scheduled appointments without proper advanced notice will be charged for the full treatment.
