Hello and welcome! My name is Stephanie. I am the sole practitioner at SJA Bodywork. I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist.  My goal is to provide a professional massage session that revolves around your individual needs, whether you just need to relax or need more targeted, therapeutic work done, or a combination of both. I offer light to deep pressure depending on your preferences and needs. My main goal is to help you achieve your goals for your session and help you feel better than when you arrived. I use a combination of massage techniques during each session. Aromatherapy is free with each session as desired and a table warmer adjusted to your preference.  Hot towels are provided during the session to help promote relaxation and for you to wipe off any excess oil or lotion used during your session as needed. For a small additional charge, hot basalt stones, hot Himalayan salt stones, or a cold stone face massage are available, which are incorporated into your session. For couples massages or for alternate massage availability, SJA Bodywork partners with Mary at Ember Massage and Wellness, located directly across the hall from SJA Bodywork.
