Each session I conduct is tailored to meet the unique needs of every client, ensuring a customized and beneficial experience.
We will work together to identify your specific goals and concerns for each session. Drawing from a range of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Technique (NMT), Trigger Point Therapy, and Joint Range of Motion I will create a personalized plan to address your individual needs.
