Sacred Circle Wellness is a practice dedicated to our the clients overall health and well being. Our clients experience deep relaxation through stress reduction techniques, therapeutic body work, SPA treatments, energy work and more. Our women's health offerings include, prenatal and abdominal massage which can help with conception, menstural irregularities, healing from postpartum and pregnancy loss. Abdominal massage also aids in digestive health. We offer yoga, BirthFit and stretching techniques to support health as well as birth support during and after labor. We provide education for new parents, including birth preperation and postpartum care.
