How to Choose Your Session Length
Not sure which session to book? Here’s a simple guide to help you choose based on what your body needs:
30 minutes
Best for focused work on one specific area or a quick reset.
60 minutes
Great for upper body or lower body focus.
90 minutes
Allows for more detailed work and may include full-body care depending on how much your body has going on that day.
120 minutes
Best option for full-body work with time for deeper, unhurried care and more comprehensive attention.
