What to Expect as a New Client
Getting started is simple and intentional. Your experience begins with a brief phone consultation, where we’ll connect one-on-one to discuss your needs, goals, and the purpose behind your session. This allows me to create a treatment plan that truly supports your body and overall well-being.
During that call, we’ll also schedule your appointment at a time that works best for you. To secure your session, a card on file is required at the time of booking.
Out of respect for both your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
