Restorative Massage Treatment
At Road to Resilience Massage, my treatments are restorative, intentional, and focused on positively influencing your body for optimal health and wellness.
My years of experience and training that allow me to expertly and intuitively blend techniques for both treatment and wellness into a single, restorative session. I offer both Massage Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Massage sessions may include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, scar release, cupping therapy, passive stretching, hydrotherapy, and trigger point therapy.
Manual Lymphatic drainage is available to treat edema, facilitate surgical recovery, and for those affected by conditions where deeper pressure is not tolerated or is contra-indicated.
I'm certified in Medical Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
I currently accept payment at time of service, L&I, and personal injury/automotive claims. I am not currently in-network with any health insurance, but I am able to bill them out-of-network if your plan allows.
