I provide a wide range of tailored modalities including Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Swedish, Deep Tissue, prenatal massage, sports massage, hot stones, and other specialized techniques that support healing, circulation, muscle recovery, pain reduction, and overall wellbeing.
