Hi I'm Polly!
I am currently in my 11th year of practice. I received my massage certification in 2014 in Bozeman Montana.
I specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy (NMT), Myo-fascial Release(MFR), & Positional release techniques.
My journey of continued education has led me to explore and incorporate modalities that help with the healing process of my clients. I have found Ortho-Bionomy, Cupping, Gua Sha/Graston, Kinesiotaping, Treatment for TMJ disfunction, and Reiki Healing (Master) to be exceptional complements to my 1000+ hours of training.
"Pneuma" in greek means "breath", "vital spirit", "creative force".
