Hi! I'm Michelle,

Licensed Massage Therapist and founder and owner of NoVa Body Mechanics.

I decided to become a massage therapist because of my love to help others. I am excited to be able to practice a skill that brings me great joy to help people naturally reduce pain and live better lives.

My mission is simple:

  • Help you find relief from pain so you can enjoy your life and do what you love!
  • Provide care that will partner with Physical Therapy, Chiropractic care, and other medical professionals.
