My name is Meika Barney-Ruegamer and I got into Massage Therapy because a few years ago I was injured on a job. I could not find relief in anything that I tried until I started to go to Massage Therapy. I knew that I wanted to share the healing experience of Massage Therapy with others. I specialize in General Body Work including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Hot Stone Therapy.
