I am a Navajo (Diné) massage therapist based out of Orem, Utah. I specialize in sports massage, meaning that I work well with injuries, recovery, and tight muscles. I enjoy finding ways to increase range of motion and helping people have more fluidity in their movements so that they can function better in their day to day lives. Alongside my massage therapy certification, I also have a bachelor's degree in athletic training, and I am certified in cupping, hot stone, and cold stone massage. I look forward to adding even more certifications to improve my skillset.
