Through therapeutic bodywork I focus on areas of restriction and pain, assisting them to relax and unwind. Services provided assist clients in promoting relaxation, decreasing pain, and improving function and performance. Sessions are tailored to each person based on their goals. A range of services are offered including Swedish, Heated Stones, Deep Tissue, Bamboo Sticks, Prenatal, body and facial treatments. Aromatherapy, hot towels, citrus water and herbal hot tea are provided complimentary at each session. All oils, lotions, facial products and scrubs are made from high quality ingredients, unscented or nut free options are also available. Sessions are available by appointment only and can be scheduled online for your convenience.
