Tracy Messer is a Licensed Massage Therapist with nearly 30 years of hands-on experience serving clients in Alabama & Indiana. She is happy to now be serving clients in Gulf Shores and surrounding coastal communities. Her approach blends clinical knowledge with intuitive care, creating sessions that are both results-driven and deeply restorative.
Throughout her career, Tracy has worked with clients of all ages— from infants to elders— and from every walk of life. Her experience includes caring for athletes, musicians, actors, medical professionals, teachers, hospitality workers and busy parents. This diverse background allows her to adapt each session to the individual, whether the goal is pain relief, improved mobility, recovery support, stress reduction, or prenatal comfort after the first trimester.
Specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports & Pregnancy massage, Tracy is known for tailoring every appointment to meet the body where it is that day. Her cozy private practice offers a calm, welcoming space where clients can slow down, reset, & feel genuinely cared for.
