Medical Massage is focused on a specific area of the body to reduce pain and increase movement using a variety of techniques including warming up the muscles for percussion, vibration, assisted stretching, and muscle contraction and relaxation to gain movement and reduce pain.

Just choose your session, 60, 90 or 120 minutes and let me do the rest! I do recommend 90 minutes to get the most out of your session especially if you are having pain or have difficulty relaxing.
