I have a certification in massage therapy from IHSI Institute of Massage, where I am now a teacher, and am licensed by the state of Michigan. I also hold certifications in personal training and nutrition. My favorite type of treatment to give is one that is a blend of techniques that I customize to best suit the goals and person on the table.
Personally, I have experienced the pains that accompany serious disease and the pains that accompany a full, active, busy life. My goal is to provide massage that will help you live the fullest life possible.
