I specialize in long massage & healing sessions using modalities such as; Deep Fascial Release-Therapeutic & Deep Tissue Medical Massage, Reflexology-Scraping Scar Tissue, Lympathic Massage, Breathwork, Functional Movement Therapy & Stretching-Cupping-Hot, Cold & Salt Stone-Master Level Reiki & Healing Sessions-Aromatherapy-Ayurveda-Healing with Frequencies, Shamanic Drumming & Journeywork, Energetic Healing, Somatic Release & Chakra Balancing & more. I offer Holistic Education-Workshops & More. I practice what I teach so connecting with my clients & assisting in their holistic health & healing is my main mission. I spent June of 2024 in Amsterdam & Bosnia visiting the sacred healing pyramid complex and energy park, along with many other ancient historical sites. I have brought back stones from the pyramids & charged some crystals and selenite to use in my healing practice.
