Welcome to Massage Modern. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and former Paralegal, I understand the daily demands and stress we face. These stresses can oftentimes lead to physical, emotional, and psychological injuries. My approach to massage therapy focuses on two key aspects: quieting the mind to create a receptive state in the body, thereby allowing the full benefits of massage to take effect.
What can you expect from your session? I listen to you and then offer tailored solutions that prioritize your specific massage therapy goals. Everyone has different goals for a session and we'll customize a treatment plan together to help you meet those goals. I also offer flexible sessions to fit your schedule ranging in time from 15 to 90 minutes.
In addition to specializing in Swedish relaxation massage, I also offer seated chair massage as well as micro-targeted sessions from my Target 15 Series. The innovative Target 15 Series is a wonderful opportunity to receive area-specific therapy in 15 minutes with several sessions to choose from: hands/arms, face/neck/scalp, or feet.
