I have been practicing massage since August 2020, in school I was trained in Swedish, deep tissue, clinical treatment and sports massage. Each massage is customized to the clients needs however most would describe the pressure of my massage to be in the medium to deep range, with the occasional trigger point work when necessary. While I do preform mostly therapeutic and post injury massage, my overall goal is to address each client at the level they are needing to ensure the goals of each session are met.
