Hi, I'm Caroline! A licensed massage therapist and the hands behind Massage by Caroline. I became a massage therapist with a simple but meaningful goal: to help people feel better in their bodies. Whether you're managing chronic discomfort, recovering from physical stress or just need a place to reset from the outside world, I'm here to support your wellness journey with both compassion and results-focused care.
I graduated from Likeminded Therapies Massage Clinic and School in Oklahoma in the summer of 2020 and completed a six-month internship before earning my license in January of 2021. I also hold a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) I ran my own massage business in Oklahoma for three years before moving to Jacksonville in March of 2024. Since then, it's been a joy connecting with new clients and finding the people who truly benefit from my massage style.
In every session, I use a blend of techniques tailored to your needs including deep tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu mix, advanced neck work, sports massage and optional cupping therapy. I also include hot towels and aromatherapy at no extra charge to enhance your relaxation and support the body's natural healing process. Whether your goal is to realign, recover, or simply relax, I want every session to leave you feeling more at ease in your body and ready to move through your life with more comfort.
