I'm in the business of figuring out what the cause of your pain is, targeting those issues, as well as educating you about your body but also how to take care of yourself in between massage sessions. Self care is a consistent investment whether its massage, chiropractor, dry needling, acupuncture, etc. We only get one body, let's make the most of it and do the best we can for today and the future! I always say, "Self care isn't selfish, it's VITAL.".

Out of respect for your time, my time, and other clients waiting for appointments, please review the following:
• Reminders are a courtesy. Clients are responsible for keeping their scheduled appointment time, regardless of whether a reminder is received.
• 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.
• Less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
I understand emergencies happen and will review them on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for valuing both my time and the time of other clients!
