I'm in the business of figuring out what the cause of your pain is, targeting those issues, as well as educating you about your body but also how to take care of yourself in between massage sessions. Self care is a consistent investment whether its massage, chiropractor, dry needling, acupuncture, etc. We only get one body, let's make the most of it and do the best we can for today and the future! I always say, "Self care isn't selfish, it's VITAL.".

**CANCELLATION and NO SHOW POLICY**
-A 24 hour notice to cancel appointments is required or you will be responsible to pay for your session- limited exclusions apply.
- If you have to cancel/reschedule your massage and are using a prepaid session or a gift certificate, a credit will be added to your account for future use as these are a non-refundable service.
- If you do not cancel or show up to your session. You will be responsible for FULL payment. If you choose not to pay, you will not be allowed to book online or schedule further sessions.
