Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapy are both subtle, gentle techniques that go deep to remove old patterns, relieve pain, and restore range of function to areas of trauma. Therapeutic Massage sessions are customized to your preferences for pressure and technique. I believe that Massage and Bodywork are beneficial for everyone of all ages to improve overall health and well being.
