A multifaceted approach massage therapy
My practice is a way for me to help bridge the gap between wellness and health. Since 2013 I've been helping clients explore options and find how their body wants to work. My training in Integrative Swedish allows me to flow in and out of modalities I've had basic training in to provide a more holistic approach that follows research backed results. Although I'm new to Seattle, I'm excited to share my findings over the years and provide the quality treatment the folks here in the PNW are seeking. Although I have a deeper touch I'm more than happy to adjust to clients as needed. I look forward to working with you!
