Lauren graduated cum laude from her therapeutic massage program at Madison College where her training was based on Swedish-style massage. She has over 2 years of experience and her education has given her extensive experience with deep tissue and trigger point therapy. She is also trained in functional movement therapy. Before her massage therapy training, she graduated from the chiropractic technology program at Palmer College of Chiropractic where she embraced the clinical aspect of holistic healing.
Lauren believes everyone is unique and deserves care custom tailored to their specific set of wants and needs, whether you need relief from the strain of pregnancy, a reprieve from the aches and pains of father time, or just some relaxation from everyday stress. She became a massage therapist because she enjoys learning about different forms of holistic healing and in turn healing people with her acquired knowledge. She is continually expanding her massage tool box in order to find additional ways to help people live happier and healthier lives.
