If you don't take care of your body, where will you live?
In 14 years as a massage therapist, I’ve seen clients heal through major injury, after surgery and simply find better daily habits to feel better in their bodies. It’s my aim to use my knowledge to alleviate pain, tension and stress. As well as impart my knowledge of the human body to empower clients to take charge of their wellness, even when they’re not on my table.
