I am a dedicated Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Medical Massage Clinician, passionate about holistic healing and the transformative power of therapeutic touch. I eagerly completed a 1,340-hour training program at the National Holistic Institute (NHI) College of Massage Therapy in Ontario, California. This includes an 800-hour core massage therapy program and an additional 540 hours of Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Training and Medical Massage Clinician coursework. Throughout my training, I accumulated over 150 hands-on hours in clinical and externship settings, refining my expertise in pain management, targeted muscle treatment, and comprehensive therapeutic care.
At LifeJoy Evolution, my mission extends beyond massage therapy—I strive to guide individuals toward mind and evolution. I believe that true wellness is an integrated experience, which is why my approach combines advanced massage techniques with science-based stretches to enhance mobility and recovery. Each session (upon request) includes a complimentary mini coaching segment, designed to cultivate body awareness and inspire a proactive approach to self-care.
