a place to connect body and mind
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist working out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. I received my license in Summer of 2019 after studying at The Institute of Sanative Arts for 9 months. There, I was given an intimate and intensive study environment that allowed me to dive into learning the anatomy of our skeletal and muscular systems. I was brought to massage through my own experience with pain and found so much relief as a client myself. To have someone allow me relief with something as simple as touch felt a bit like a miracle especially after feeling the pain that stress can cause on a body. I love working with people to help them maintain a healthy mind and body by allowing a space for my clients to become more conscious of the connection between body and mind that we so often forget exists.
