Here at Lauren's, I offer more of an individualized personal treatment plan. I provide services that focus on and include mind, body and individual muscle groups. My passion is digging deep into lifestyles and releasing what may link to physical issues and body stress due from day-to-day tasks. I believe we all agree every person's body is different!! You have to figure out what really works for YOU and I am here for it all the way! I am located inside 24\7 Total Fitness building in unit B! I do implement a $30 cancellation fee if session is not cancelled within 24 hours notice so I am able to fill your spot and everyone is happy! I do offer at home visits, but you must contact me personally for those. I offer relaxation sessions, deep tissue release, mobility work and much more!!!
