I graduated from the MCC Massage Therapy program in 2009 and have been providing massage services to clients ever since! While at MCC I had a summer internship with the Rochester Rhinos during which I would perform pre and post-game massages. Throughout my career, I have had many hours of continuing education and am constantly learning. I specialize in Swedish massage, sports massage, and deep tissue. I also have certification in cupping, hot stones, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and prenatal. I have learned many techniques which I apply to customize the perfect massage for you. Whether you are recovering from an injury or you just have a goal of pure relaxation, I will get you on the path to relief!
