I'm Heaven-Lea — a Licensed Massage Therapist, Neuromuscular Therapist, and Trauma-Informed Shaman based in Southwest Florida.
My work lives at the axis of the body, mind, and spirit. The physical bodywork I do is the doorway into deeper healing — nervous system regulation, trauma release, energetic clearing, and the kind of integration that changes how you move through the world.
I work with people who are carrying things their bodies haven't been able to set down yet. People who've tried other things and felt something was still missing. People who are ready to stop managing their symptoms and start addressing the patterns underneath.
