Each session is tailored to your needs, utilizing a range of techniques, including Swedish, Therapeutic, and Deep Tissue massage. Optional enhancements include essential oils, CBD, or Muscle Relief oil for deeper relaxation and relief. I work with clients of all ages, with a special focus on concerns related to the back, neck, shoulders, and sciatica.
