My practice was established in August of 2014. I earned my certification at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, and graduated in December of 2012. I specialize in deep tissue massage and Ashiatsu. 100% therapeutic grade essential oils from Young Living are incorporated into my sessions to increase healing, reduce pain, support wellness, along with many other benefits. I earned my Esthetics License in March 2025 and have added facials to my practice hoping to help clients with their skincare needs and concerns. The focus of my practice is helping clients to live healthier, less stressful, and less painful lives...one massage or facial at a time.
