Trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage , Post Surgical Lymphatic Drainage and Oncology Massage by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, ACOLS At Integrative Bodyworks By Jodie, I take an all encompassing holistic approach to whole body wellness. Integrative bodywork techniques are based on the idea that not just one type of massage is right for every issue, That is why through using a variety of modalities every individual issue can be addressed with its own approach producing optimal results. Modalities include: Swedish, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Integrative Kinesiology, Lymphatic Drainage Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Techniques, Visceral Manipulation and TMJ work.
My clients take an active role in the therapy, working closely with me, the Massage Therapist. The relationship is crucial in the holistic process. As a team, you and I, will meet and discuss what your needs and goals are for yourself. We will then create a tailored treatment plan for you through assessment and your wants for a better you!
