THIS ALLOWS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO SCHEDULE. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO GIVE A 24-HOUR NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO SHOWS- ANYONE THAT FORGETS OR JUST DOESN'T SHOW UP FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT BY CHOICE AND DOESN'T CALL IS CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR MISSED APPOINTMENT. THERAPIST WILL WAIT 15 MINUTES MAXIMUM TIME BEFORE THEY CALL IT A NO CALL/ NO SHOW. LATE ARRIVALS- IF YOU ARRIVE LATE, PLEASE INFORM YOUR THERAPIST IF MORE THAN 15 MINUTES OR YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-CALL/NO SHOW. YOUR SESSION MAYBE SHORTENED TO ACCOMMODATE OTHER APPOINTMENT THAT FOLLOWS. FULL PAYMENT WILL STILL BE CHARGED, REGARDLESS OF THE LENGTH OF THE TREATMENT.
