I believe in a holistic approach to healing the body. Our minds and body are part of one organism and so need to be treated together. I combine my expertise in relaxing, myofascia release, deep tissue and trigger point massage techniques with my 500+ hrs of yoga therapy training to create a mind body healing experience. I use mindfulness and guided breath to ensure my clients stay connected throughout the entire massage. This extra awareness creates a space for clients to be a part of their own healing process which creates more effective and longer lasting results. My unique style is slow, nurturing and detail oriented, creating a soothing and penetrative effect that leaves clients feeling relaxed and their muscles soothed.
