I have been working with clients with assorted aliments as simple as stress to as complex as chronic pain post injures, accidents, and medical procedures since 2012. I was trained locally by a talented massage instructor who was a former LMT for an Orlando Magic basketball player at Keiser University of Daytona Beach and have since went on to make researching and learning about pain management, range of motion, and stress relief a continued pursuit. I work primarily with medium to firm pressure and can include stretch therapy into or separate from their massage sessions, percussion massage gun, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, gua sha scraping, cupping, and exfoliation treatments. I'm gradually working towards specializing with headaches, neck, back, and hip pain and assisting with anxiety, PTSD, and depression care.
