Life moves in seasons, each one offering space to grow, reflect and realign with purpose. This season is about slowing down, nurturing what’s already blooming, embracing growth and preparing for what’s next.
Beginning December 1, 2025, Hands of a Healer Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork will transition to membership-based services until further notice. This transition isn’t permanent and we are still accepting new members at this time.
If you have a valid, unexpired gift card or gift certificate, you are warmly invited to book under the “Gift Certificate Massage Sessions” option. Please remember that all gift cards and certificates must be redeemed prior to your service.
To all of my amazing clients and members, thank you from the bottom of my heart for walking with me through each season. Your trust, love and support make Hands of a Healer a space where hearts are nurtured, bodies are restored and healing happens in every session. I am truly grateful for each of you and feel so blessed to share this journey together.
We look forward to opening our schedule to new and returning clients again in 2026 (date to be announced).

About Hands of a Healer
Hello and welcome to Hands of a Healer - Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork! My name is TeNijah and I'm thrilled to share a bit about my journey and the passion behind my practice. As a licensed massage therapist in North Carolina and an alumna of Forsyth Technical Community College, I've dedicated years to honing my skills across various spas and franchises. This has been a path I feel destined to walk, as my early experiences giving back and shoulder massages to my mother and grandmother sparked a lifelong interest in healing touch. Through reflecting on stress, diet, and holistic health, I've found ways to alleviate chronic neck and shoulder pain as well as migraines challenges, emphasizing the importance of managing stress as a whole. My goal with Hands of a Healer is to create a sanctuary where clients can find solace from pain, comfort during pregnancy, and relaxation amidst everyday stress. Our tranquil environment, complete with dimmed lights, heated tables, and soothing music, aims to deliver a comprehensive, peaceful experience. Thank you for your support, and I hope Hands of a Healer brings as much serenity and joy to you as it does to me.
