Hi, I’m Kristina, a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 13 years of hands-on experience helping people manage and relieve chronic pain. After living with pain myself for 15 years, I discovered powerful techniques that changed my life—and I’ve made it my mission to share them with others through therapeutic bodywork.
Since graduating from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2012, I’ve specialized in customized pain management massage therapy, working with a wide range of clients, including athletes, pre- and post-surgical patients, military personnel, and those simply seeking relief from everyday tension and stress. I’ve also expanded my expertise by incorporating advanced techniques like electrical stimulation, helping to more effectively target and treat the root causes of your pain.
